Seeking a floating Handyman to perform repairs & maintenance throughout our building portfolio. Job duties include, but are not limited to; demolition, repairs & renovations interior & exterior, building maintenance & cleaning, porter/custodial tasks, sheet rocking, tile work, repair & new install of wood/vinyl flooring, plastering, painting, overall building maintenance, and seasonal work such as landscaping, snow removal, etc. 5 years + experience.
