Join Leah Klatzker with Yoga del Soul for a one- hour all-levels sunset yoga class. All people are welcome! The class will be rejuvenating and relaxing. A gentle flow to move the body alongside the waves as the sun sets. Let go of over thinking and enjoy the serene scenes. No experience necessary. Please bring your own mat. Dress accordingly with the weather and to move. Meet at the food trailer on foot. You can't miss the adorable So-full Sisters food trailer parked in Paddy's lot where the beach access is located. If Parking lot attendees are working, let them know you are there for yoga. Park across the street or in the lot with the food trailer. See you soon, Cheers!
