Researchers at Yale University are conducting a virtual research study that may help smokers who are trying to quit.
Participants may also learn more about the triggers and properly manage them to successfully abstain from smoking.
This study has been reviewed and approved by the Yale University Institutional Review Board.

Who can join?
β Men and women aged 18-65 years old.
β Must be trying to quit smoking or are willing to try to quit smoking.
β Must be able to attend 6 Zoom meetings over the course of 2 weeks.
