Searching for medium/large cat-friendly dog

Hi! My girlfriend and I were looking for a medium to large size dog. We are open to most breeds, but the dog must be relatively trained. We do have a cat that is rather defensive, so the dog must have plenty of experience with cats (it must have lived with them in the past). The both of us have trained dogs in the past and are well versed with pet care. We are willing to pay a rehoming fee, but will not pay ahead of time before actually picking up the dog (this is to avoid scams). In addition, we'd like to meet the dog in a dog park to see how it behaves towards other people and dogs. Thanks!
