Cement repair/ exterior 2nd step

I need a handyman to repair the second exterior step, that became “loose” and not bonded, to the rest of the steps leading to my front door. (Temporarily hammered in 2 iron hand weights underneath step, to backing concrete) local resident, experienced with cement, for a relatively small job. Thanks!
