Come learn tips and tricks for brewing great coffee at home. This course is geared towards pour over brewing on a Kalita Wave Dripper and Chemex, but we will cover information that could be applied to any brewer including a Mr. Coffee. By the end of the class, you will be able to: 1. List the six essential elements of brewing. 2. Distinguish by taste the impact of proper versus improper brewing. 3. Discuss how the coffee extraction process can be manipulated with a pour over brewer.
