The course will take place in the Training Room at Leslie Coffee Co. Owner and barista Sarah Leslie will cover how to steam milk and pour latte art. Each student will get hands-on practice steaming milk and pouring designs. No previous coffee experience required. This course will not cover espresso preparation.
Objectives:
1. Steam milk to the appropriate temperature and texture for a latte.
2. Perform the steps of pouring latte art.
3. Discuss how differences in milk or non-dairy alternative impact texture and final pour.
