KDC is hosting a Birthday dinner and a live performance, in honor of the late great Katherine Dunham. Mrs. Dunham was one of the most successful African American dancers of the 20th century. In honor of her birthday, the Katherine Dunham Center is announcing their classes have reopened and they've began accepting new students!! Come celebrate one of the most influential women of our time and enjoy a live performance. Dedicated to learning Mrs. Dunham's technique.
