IF this sounds like you, then keep reading. WINDOW GANG is one of the largest exterior home cleaning franchise operations in America. We offer residential window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning. We are located in West Houston. We need QUALITY people. This is a 30-38 hour per week position, working Monday thru Friday. Yes, women can do this job, see our photo of two women working on the 2 story brick house. Also, part of what we do is customer service so personal skills are important. If you like fresh air, new scenery everyday and a rapid rise in your hourly pay - this is a great job. MEN or WOMEN - EXPERIENCED window washers start at $18 per hour (plus $2 per hour production bonus), increased to $20 3 months depending on speed and quality. No experience people (TRAINEES) start at $15 per hour. After short probation period, you are eligible for a $2 per hour job bonus. In a relatively short time (1 year), you will average $20 - $22 per hour. Window Cleaning EXPERIENCE PREFERRED. However, we will train high quality candidates. NOTE: This job does have some physical qualifications. Also, we clean windows on the inside so we go into homes. This means that we have additional qualifications regarding criminal history and previous customer service experience. Our people must be presentable and easy to understand when talking with our customers. THESE QUALIFICATIONS ARE WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS EXPECT SO PLEASE DON'T TAKE OFFENSE OR FEEL JUDGED BY US. 1) Clean cut look and neat appearance and no FACIAL tattoos. 2) Clean criminal record (No Felonies). We run a background check. 3) Valid Texas driver's license w/ clean record (1 ticket in last 2 years is acceptable). 4) Proven experience talking and working with customers. 5) MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES of Westheimer and Kirkwood area to report in by 8:30 AM. 6) No fear of moderate heights; we often work on 2 or 3 story homes. 7) Ability to lift a 45 lb. ladder (which is not really that heavy). 8) Preferred height 5' 8" or taller to reach top of ground floor windows without step ladder. 9) High School Graduate. 10) No drug users. Testing is possible.
