Rehoming my beautiful Male blue tongue skink to a good home. Reptile experience preferred. Approximately 4 or 5 years old. 20in long from head to tip of tail. Will eat from your hand and will allow you to hold him but can get squirmy. Never bites but will hiss if he does not want to be bothered and retreat into his hiding enclosure. Prefers Nutro Ultra grain free Paté wet dog food- preferably Trio or Chicken flavor. I will supply you with any extra I have on hand. His favorite snack is bananas. He also likes hard boiled eggs. Not an avid hunter- likely will not go after live insects. Comes in glass Exo Terra enclosure. Dimensions 36x18x18. Just cleaned and replaced coconut husk substrate. I use the larger chunks of coconut husk to prevent obstruction via accidental ingestion. Feeding bowls, his favorite hiding enclosure, basking rock and vines included as well as his overhead heat light (Zilla Pro Sol Reptile Terrarium Fixture) and several compatible spare lightbulbs included (25 and 50 watt). Only rehoming as I am moving to the West Coast and am not comfortable shipping him or exposing him to such a long car ride. $350 rehoming fee. Pick up only please.
