Infinite Love Yoga Ecstatic dance is a community gathering where we practice a conscious free flow dance and heart opening ceremonies. We join together in a non-verbal space to create a safe place for expression and creativity within. We leave behind the words and worries from the day by letting go to connect with our Divine spirit. 3 SIMPLE PRINCIPLES & GUIDLINES: 1. We Dance Barefoot: This allows us to connect with the ground. Socks are ok, if you have a medical condition please inform the front desk. 2. We Dance Without Words: This allows us to enter into meditative space and discover alternative ways to connect with one another. 3.
