The Bottles of Hope project has been going on since it was started in 1999 by cancer survivor Diane Gregoria in which during her chemotherapy treatments she came up with the idea to reycle glass medicine bottles that the hospital staff were disposing of/not needing, and would decorate them with polymer clay as a symbol of hope to give to other patients she met during her chemo treatments. Since then the bottles of Hope Project has expanded to other states where people create their own bottles, and write a message of hope/ecouragement to put inside for either others or for themselves when they need it to help preservere through tough times.
This workshop will be led by licensed art therapist Lindsay Jordan ATRP, LCMHCA, to teach others how you can create your own Bottle of Hope for either yoruself or others.
