I paid $549.00 new for the enclosure and approximately $650.00 for the accessories, substrate and stand. You will need at least two people if you take the enclosure as is with the substrate. It also comes with an open frame Zen Habitat stand. In very good condition with some scratching as seen in the pictures on the plexi-doors. Asking $850.00 or best reasonable offer.
