Join me for a 60 minute experience, Aromaflow + Restore!Aromaflow + Restore is a class designed to allow you to connect to your breath while moving through a gentle flow, settling into restorative poses & soaking in the benefits of aromatherapy. There will be slow movements, deep breaths, essential oil towels, & essential oil hands on assists. I'll have lavender, eucalyptus & bergamot oils for you to experience.
