I authorize payroll deduction for the amount of $50.00 for non-attendance of the class. This class is for staff needing to certify or recertify in Advanced Cardiac Life Support. This is an intense one day class, advanced preparation is required. Books are available to borrow or purchase, please contact the Education Department @ (575) 556-5697. Participants are required to: 1) Be current with AHA BLS 2) Understand the cases in the ACLS Provider Manual 3) Understand the ACLS algorithms for the cases in the ACLS Provider Manual 4) Complete the ACLS Pre-Course Self-Assessment on ACLS ECG and Pharmacology on the ACLS student Website. www.heart.org/eccstudent Code is ACLS15 5) Print out the pretest and bring to class. If pre-course work is not done, the instructor will not allow you to participate in the class. 6) Mountain View Employees Course is FREE, Mountain VIew Contractors and NON- Employees course is $150.00 payable the day of the course.
