Since the initial rally event was taken down, we decided to create another event to show our commitment to safe patient ratios. We will be meeting at Banner Baywood on July 15th to protest the hospital's practice of unsafe patient ratios. Banner Health needs to be held accountable for the unsafe ratios that they are pushing on their healthcare workers. These ratios lead to an increase in errors and harmful outcomes for its patients. Come support nurses, doctors, respiratory therapists, nursing assistants, techs, and all manner of healthcare workers as we show Banner that we are willing to fight for what is right.
