Shine Facility Services is currently seeking PM Lead Janitor to join our team in San Francisco and Bay Area, CA. About Us: Shine Facility Services LLC is a Commercial Janitorial Service Provider. The Ideal Candidate MUST have: • Must have a valid Driver License • Flexibility to work some weekends when needed to cover sick calls and special projects. • Janitorial experience • Always represents the Company professionally. • Good Communication with client and employees • Bilingual in English and Spanish Experience : • Using Low Speed and high speed machine • Auto scrubber, walk behind • Carpet Extraction/ upholstery • Using right chemicals • Email, excel, word, apps. • Strip and wax (VCT) • Floor auto scrubbing • Buffing, Burnishing, polishing • Carpet Cleaning, Bonnet, Extraction • Power washing, Window Cleaning Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Conducts one-on-one training as needed. • Sick calls coverage • Updates and provides training on use of janitorial equipment. • Performs walk-through building inspections as required. • Delivering supplies to different locations • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
