Job Summary We are seeking a full-time, on-call Maintenance Foreman to assist with the daily maintenance needs for our Bay Area locations. Must be willing to travel the entire Bay Area. Qualifications and Skills Qualified applicants should have ALL of the following competencies and skillsets: Low voltage (alarms, cameras, gates) IP camera installation / audio-video Landscaping Irrigation Painting Plumbing Electrical Concrete/asphalt Framing Metalwork Facility Maintenance ***Must own dependable vehicle with insurance & California drivers license*** Qualified applicants should email their resumes with a description of their strongest skill sets.
