Maintenance Worker Position available immediately. Must be knowledgeable in apartment maintenance and basic electrical/plumbing. Hours: 8am - 5pm Schedule: Monday - Friday We have a variety of apartment complexes in the bay area. Email for more information! Knowledgeable in the following: Must be able prep walls, prime, and paint apartments without supervision Patch holes in the wallsReplace faucetsRemove and install light fixtures and bulbsInstall smoke detectorsReplace cabinet hardware Replace bathroom mirrors and cabinetsReplace outlets and light switchesReplace blindsReplace interior doors and hardwareRepair leaking toilets and faucetsRepair plumbing backupsCleaning of Sidewalk and parking areasCleaning of community grounds Qualifications: Electrical, plumbing, painting & carpentry experience a mustPrevious maintenance experience requiredMust have reliable transportation & a valid driver's licenseMust be able to speak, read & write English fluentlyMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment We have a variety of apartment complexes in the bay area.
