NORWICH, CT - A Norwich resident is $10,002 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On June 13, Dennis Johnson, of Norwich, purchased a KENO ticket from the Harp & Dragon in Norwich and won $10,002.
