Construction Project Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Manager with extensive knowledge and experience of new construction buildings (2 to 5 stories High, multi-families, warehouses, etc.) both residential but mostly commercial. It is the direct responsibility of the project manager to oversee multiple awarded projects from Award to Completion in an organized and timely fashion. Responsibilities: 1. Organize and plan the project. 2. Reviewing multiple Bids and Making Sub-Awards 3. Enforcing construction contracts and scopes of work with Sub-contractors 4. Oversee Multiple projects in close proximity 5. Material Take-offs and Ordering 6. Assist to collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project 7. Project scheduling 8. Oversight and Safety 9. Financial accountability 10. Sub-contractors Management 11. Inspections Management 12. Quality Control 13. Work in a fast-paced environment 14. Multi-task effectively 15. Maintain attention to detail 16. Report weekly and be accountable Qualifications • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a project manager in one or more of these areas of construction is required; luxury residential, commercial, single and multi-family market • Strong business acumen in project planning and management • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs including MS Projects. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
