So this is a part-time job in a really low stress low impact local facility. It's breakfast which consists of very simple put together meal. Eggs, bacon in the oven, oatmeal, cold cereal etc,,, just really simple stuff. Not the kind of thing you would need to have a great deal of experience cooking breakfast in a commercial kitchen for. Breakfast is from about 7:30-8:00 done serving by 9:30, couple of hours breaking down breakfast and getting ready for dinner and then large break in the middle and then back for dinner at around 3:30 till 5 or 5:30. This is a great job for a semi-retired person or a young person living at home or who doesn't have a lot of financial obligations or has another part-time job going on.
