Key Colony Point an oceanfront 31 condo complex in Key Colony Beach is hiring a maintenance professional for 30-35 hours/week. 7:00am – 1:00pm Sunday through Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays off. Looking for a reliable and dependable worker with prior maintenance or construction experience. CPO certification ideal and/or willingness to obtain. Must be able to pass a background check. $20-$23/hour DOE
Duties include:
- Daily beach cleaning and raking
- Daily gas grill cleaning/inspection
- Maintain and clean pool deck and beach furniture as well as surrounding areas
- Pressure washing
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Minor landscaping duties
- General maintenance tasks for the building and grounds including basic carpentry and painting
- Keeping repair tools and supplies clean and organized
- Conducting routine maintenance on equipment, grounds and building systems
- Identifying and repairing building issues
