Press release from the City of Louisville: June 14, 2022 The Louisville Metro Air Pollution Control District (District) proposes to renew a FEDOOP operating permit for Republic Conduit Manufacturing. (manufactures steel pipes and tubes from purchased steel coils) 7301 Logistics Drive, Louisville KY 40258 in accordance with Regulation 2.17. The 30-day public comment period starts on June 15, 2022, and ends on July 15, 2022. A public hearing may be scheduled if the District determines that there are germane, unresolved issues or substantial public interest, in accordance with Regulation 2.07.
