Looking for an infield landscape manager. This will be a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious and wants to grow their career and learn how to run a business from A to Z. Needs to have clean and valid DL, able to work in the heat and cold, and loves the landscape life. Owner operator wants to pursue opportunities in another state and needs someone to run this location in Denver. Will make 28hr base pay with great bonuses. Once location hits over 1M in revenue, bonuses as well as locations will increase as long as profitability is high. You'll have a direct line number to owner for help and questions, as well as admin support from the owner at the begining. The main responsibilities are completing jobs, bidding jobs, as well as hiring and firing. There may be more responsibilities, but these are the main ones to start. Payroll is being set up now as well as benefits so first few weeks while training may be a little wonky but pay will always be accurate and on time. Experience in leader roles, landscaping, gardening, and customer service is what we're really looking for. 2nd location after 1M threshold has been achieved. Once second location is over 1M at predicted profit markers, the pay should be around 80k+ a year with benefits and bonuses, and doesn't stop there.
