I have a brand new A&E extra large bird cage (black) that was never used. I purchased a cage for our sun/jenday duo from Petco, and they sent me the wrong one. I’ve been trying for some time to send it back but they’ve been flaky on getting me the return postage so I’ve given up on trying to get the item back to them. I opened the boxes, thinking that it was the cage that I ordered but as soon as I saw the assembly instructions, I realized it was the wrong cage and put the items back in the boxes so it was not put together, but all assembly materials, yucky rod perches (you should never put these in your birds cage), and plastic food bowls were accounted for. It is an extra large cage and does come in two decently sized and heavy boxes so you would need to make sure that you have a large enough vehicle to transport it back home, and an extra hand or two for assembly. 0.5” wire spacing, 40”x72”x30” (WxHxD). This cage is appropriate to use for smaller parrots such as budgies, parrotlets, cockatiels, and small conures such as a green cheek, sun, jenday, etc. but I wouldn’t use it for anything larger than that as the wire wouldn’t hold up to heavy chewers or clever hookbilled escape artists like our jenday conure.
