Press release from the Northbrook Park District: 2022-06-13 Northbrook Park District is replacing the playground at Countryside Park, 2075 Walnut Circle. This playground was installed in 2001 and is 21 years old. With community input, the District completed and adopted a 10-year Comprehensive Master Plan which includes an annual Capital Improvement Plan. These documents forecast repair and replacement needs for parks, facilities and equipment each year. There are two playground designs that are being considered by the Park District.
