Handy person for car cargo carrier help - brackets loose

Hi, my cargo rooftop cargo carrier brackets that attach to the roof rack are not secure, they seemed ok but they got loose. I’m a senior female and it’s exhausting for me to fix it alone. I don’t know the part numbers to order the parts. It might just need wingnuts for the screws. The cargo topper is over 20 years old, Volvo brand but made by Thule. I really need to get it to work and not be a danger on the highway. I can pay $20 for your help. And I have stone original artwork or a few eBay small items to barter. Thanks!
