HVAC work, need a rigid duct added

I need an approximate price, labor only, for replacing this flex duct with a rigid duct. My previous HVAC guy evidently didn't know that you can't use flexible ducting exposed in a garage. This goes to the cold air return, less than 15'. It needs to pass code inspection but you don't need to be a contractor.
