Recharge refrigerant in air conditioner

Need refrigerant added to home central cooling system. Evaporator coil & return line freezes over. Air temperature at vents is 78°F. May be leak where return line connects to compressor - soldering job done two years ago when compressor was replaced is not pretty!!
