ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Oversees building and grounds maintenance Operates and maintains custodial functions Preventative maintenance on maintenance equipment as needed Filling and Grading Pot holes Operate Water Truck, Forklift and small farm tractor.
