Large Male Tabby Cat, 'MR CARTER', was last seen Sunday night - June 12th - around 4:00 AM on Inglewood Ave (off Oconee Street). He has an anxiety disorder that causes him to scratch himself when he is stressed. He had scratched his face badly over the weekend, (so has a lot of bad gashes) and was going to the Vet on Monday. He is a sweet, sweet boy and needs his medication. I am offering a reward of 100.00 for this kitty. He is missed and I am very concerned about him.!
