I am preparing my house for sale and have a series of different projects that need to be done. I have two sheds that need to be painted and cleaned up, I need the trash out of my yard and the yard cleaned up, I need a pedestal sink and a utility sink installed and a shower door replaced. I need some trim replaced, a door that needs to be replaced, some basic cleaning, and the like. It is probably 3 or 4 days of worth of work. We can discuss compensation.
