Landscape foreman needed asap

Hi, I run a small landscape company and am looking for a solid foreman to help run jobs. We primarily do irrigation, planting, fences, basic masonry, retaining walls, pavers and artificial turf. If you know how to do all of that, or most of it, I would love to hear from you! I’m looking for a skilled/motivated individual that wants to help grow the company into one of San Diego’s best. Pay starts at $20/hour, but we are a profit share company. 33% of the job profits go to the foreman. So there’s always room to make more money the better we perform and room for growth. First week is a trial week to make sure you actually know stuff. Starting a new job next week so looking for someone asap. Have your own basic tools and reliable transportation.
