Service Solutions is a fast-growing flood restoration contractor based in the North County of San Diego. Construction Project Manager: Works closely with insurance companies, insurance adjusters, clients, customers, and all other parties involved in claims to establish a good rapport with all parties and determine appropriate plans to get the building back to pre-loss condition as quickly as possible Establish and maintain relationships with clients throughout the environmental industry in order to cultivate existing accounts, blossom existing accounts, and gain future accounts Work with Service Solutions operations, sales, marketing and management to operationally manage reconstruction projects following fire or water damage, including mold. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Specific duties include customer communications, project coordination, and assistance in billing compilation, project execution including management of resources as well as sub-contractors. Qualifications: A successful candidate will have the following qualities: - Experience in residential construction trades. - Excellent customer service and experience dealing with homeowners. - Experience working on property insurance claims and communicating with adjusters. - Superior communication skills. - Skilled in the use of Xactimate estimating software. - Experience running projects through managed repair programs a big plus (Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Nexxus, Innovation etc...) - Experience running repair projects and handling subcontractors. - Must be self motivated and able to work independently.
