Womack Auto Body is looking for an entry level or experienced paint prep/helper to work directly with our paint lead and shop foreman. Womack will train the right person, so no experience necessary. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated to learn and want grow in your career. This is a team/family environment, come be a part of our ever growing team! This position is full time position, Monday through Friday, Typical Hours are 8:00AM – 5:00PM Benefits are available - More details during the interview process Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize vehicle interior • Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior • Wash, clean, dry, polish the vehicle's exterior • Maintains a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions • Maintain overall site appearance including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of building and lot • Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions • Must be able to take direct order from shop foreman Qualifications: • Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time and work in a variety of physical positions which include, but are not limited to, sitting, standing, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and walking, requires mobility and flexibility to work in confined spaces • Ability to Lift, Carry or otherwise move or position heavy equipment or objects weighing up to 100 lbs. and/or assist others with objects weighing more • Great Attention to Detail • Excellent Communication Skills • Must work well in team environment • Independent, self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving ability and a strong work ethic If you are interested, please reply with your resume, come to the shop and speak with Jonathan, or give us a call at (503)761-1549
