Seeking Estimator for Foundation Repairs and Retrofitting. Can train if you have no experience. Offering annual pay of $50,000+ depending on experience. Job entails visiting up to 5 homes per day (mostly in the LA area), measuring certain foundation elements and reporting back to the general manager. Some crawling under homes to measure is required. Standard IRS mileage reimbursement paid for travel length from office (but you may travel directly to job sites each day from home). We specialize in repairing and retrofitting raised foundations of single-family homes. We have consistent work 5 days a week, 40 hours guaranteed. We prefer construction experience, but we are also willing to train. Should have vehicle to travel to estimate sites. English & Spanish speaking a plus but not a requirement. Please call: 909-224-0988
