Rehoming Beautiful Female German shepherd

I have a 11 year old spayed Female German shepherd that needs to be re-home, she's a great Dog, she's good with children and other animals but Unfortunately my Health has declined and it's getting hard for me to care for her she has been my companion through out my medical struggles but it's time she needs a better home with someone that can care and Love her and make her happy like we all did and so I need to find a new home for Lexi. She is dry food feed about 8 cups a day and loves short walks, she is a inside dog she has been for the last 7 years, she loves to sit next to you and loves to wear costumes and shirts she also loves wearing doggy shoes. We are also in a small apartment and would love her to go to someone with a big enough yard for her to run around, Please contact me if you would love to see her or if you want to take her in. We will miss her so much and it hurts me to let her go but I can't be selfish knowing she could be alot better in a place where she will be taken care of the right way. Only serious people. Thank you.
