Tutu School is seeking a children's ballet teacher for several classes. The position is specifically at our South San Jose and Willow Glen locations, but there are opportunities available in Sunnyvale and Redwood City as well. Our focus right now is on the following days and times, however other weekday morning and weekday afternoon shifts may become available, so please send us a message even if you do not see available times here! The starting date listed below is when training is complete. We are looking to train new teachers in June and July. South San Jose (Cottle Road near Highway 85) Weekday mornings 8:45-12 starting July Weekday afternoons 2:15-6:30 starting July Weekend mornings & afternoons (all times available) starting July Willow Glen (San Jose) Sundays 8:15-1:30 (5 classes) starting July Sundays 1:15-6:30 (5 classes) starting ASAP Mondays 2:15-6:30 (4 classes) starting August Thursdays 2:45-7 (4 classes) starting August Fridays 8:45-12 (3 classes) starting ASAP Fridays 2:15-6:30 (4 classes) starting ASAP Saturdays 8:15-1:30 (5 classes) starting August Sunnyvale Mondays 8:45-12 (3 classes) starting August Sundays 8:15-12:30 (4 classes) starting August Tutu School is a quaint boutique of a ballet school that provides a creative dance education experience for children from 18 months to 8 years old. It is a place where students are urged to fully exercise their imaginations as well as their bodies, and where we not only focus on teaching children age-appropriate motor skills and the fundamental principles of ballet, but also expose them to the world of classical music and the enchanting stories of famous ballets. Applicants must have experience working with children and a background in dance (strong ballet skills are a requirement).
