Experienced maintenance technician/Groundskeeper needed full-time for Manufactured Housing Community. This position requires overseeing daily grounds operations. Skills needed include general maintenance and/or experience in construction trades, professional communication to interact with residents & office staff. Duties include ensuring park is kept clean, up to code, and complete additional maintenance projects as needed. Bilingual preferred but not required. Valid CDL, drug test and background check needed.
