Register here: As a Utility Associate, you will have a role in maintaining housekeeping and safety of the facility; processing merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas, and putting away locations using power equipment. Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed. You can expect the work to be very physically demanding with an extremely high focus on your safety and the safety of others. Your role is critical in providing our customers with the product they expect at an everyday low price. Are you a good fit for our Warehouse Utility Associate? Yes, if you are/ have 18 years or older High School diploma, GED, or equivalent The ability to pass a background check and drug screen Forklift Driver experience As a lead Associate, you will supervise associates in your area of responsibility by assigning duties and coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teaching, supporting, and modeling Logistics and company policies and procedures; identifying training and development needs; providing cross-training opportunities; and making recommendations in the hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates. Are you a good fit for our Warehouse Lead Associate?
