Kanza Coop is looking for a safety oriented Maintenance Technician to work among all Kanza Coop locations to maintain equipment and facilities. As part of the Maintenance team, the Maintenance Technician will travel daily throughout Pratt, Andale and surrounding areas in a company vehicle. As a Maintenance Technician, primary responsibilities include: • Prompt and regular attendance • Safe and efficient work practices • Excellent customer service and professional communication skills • Maintenance and inspection of facilities, work equipment, and maintenance vehicles • Problem identification and resolution • The ability to work in high and/or confined places • The ability to operate computers and mobile devices to complete work orders • Occasional on call work as needed A successful Maintenance Technician will have previous maintenance experience; enjoy serving people and resolving issues; and building relationships with the Kanza team to provide superior, efficient service.
