We are a growing water and mold remediation company seeking a Lead Technician to join our team! Hiring Immediately, Full-time positions. Responsibilities of a Lead Technician: · Demolition and removal of non-salvageable structural material · Water extraction · Mold remediation · Contents cleaning and inventory tracking · Effective communication with customers · Leadership communication skills and qualities · Electronic documentation with proprietary software Experience: At least 1 year experience in restoration clean up (water, mold and fire damage) Requirements of Lead Technician: Effective oral communication Reliable and honest Basic math skills Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation 24/7 (Required) Ability to work flexible and longer hours during emergency situations Be part of a rotating on-call schedule Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally Submit your resume today!
