Hey all, looking for a space to rent out where I can store, play, and record. I was running a small mixing and songwriting studio out my last place but the building ended up getting sold. Need a place big enough to record a small band with drums, will mostly just be for mixing though. Not looking to share with other bands, but could be a possibility if the right place comes up. I'm in my mid-30's with a full time job, so this will mostly been early evening and weekends as far playing goes. No late nights for me. Looking for a safe location in the South Philly area and pay up to $600 a month for the right place. Thank you!
