We are seeking a full time Parts & Warehouse Technician to join our team at our Duluth, MN location. This position supports the service and install departments, provides warehouse and inventory organization, as well as some customer service. Responsibilities include: • Receive merchandise for install or delivery and verify its contents • Pack & prepare outgoing freight shipments. • Occasional parts & materials deliveries and pickups. • Provide parts customer service via parts counter or phone • Group & stage install units and accessories for installs and repairs. • Maintain parts stock, perform inventory • Maintain and clean tools & equipment, identify damaged equipment. • Maintain warehouse in clean and ready state • Manage loading dock and yard. • Operate as install assistant as necessary Skills Needed: • High school diploma/GED preferred • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but will train the right candidate • Forklift experience. • Attention to detail and focus on quality work • Ability to multi-task • Ability to maintain a service-professional attitude We’re a busy place with a casual & friendly work environment, flexible scheduling, generous PTO packages.
