We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our property management division. To do well in this role the candidate will: • Perform preventative and routine maintenance on apartments and houses. • Handle basic repairs and maintenance. • Be skilled in the use of hand and power tools. • Be skilled in sheetrock and painting work. • Have some basic working knowledge of appliances and or repair of such. • Have exceptional problem solving skills. • Have strong organizational and follow up skills. • Have an eye for detail. • Possess a professional presentation and attitude. • Possess the ability to maintain focus while working individually. • Have very strong time management skills. • Spanish/English speaking is a plus but not required. • Have some basic computer skills. **Background screening and pre-employment drug testing is required.** This position will start as part time: Monday-Friday with preferred hours of 9:30am-3:30pm but is fully expected to transition into full time once training is complete. Some flexibility may be offered and some on call hours may be required. Must email a resume or summary of work experience to be considered. No walk-ins please.
