Michael Combs ran into the back of my van on April 29, 2022 at 50 miles per hour, while talking on his phone. As of today, he has refused to pay the remaining $8,000 of the $22,000 in damages, which his insurance company paid $11,000 and him $3,000. He has gotten several traffic tickets for the same thing over the last year or so and has been jailed for one as well.I'm writing this to warn people in the area about this careless arrogant person.
