Description

- Maintain a clean, organized office and warehouse, at all times - Store material appropriately to avoid damaged products - Ensure accurate fulfillment of material orders - Respond to project and customer orders in a timely manner - Responsible for logistics on outgoing material orders - Assign turf to every job - Cut and wrap orders for customers and installers - Ensuring all materials and related resources are available prior to a job being scheduled for execution - Ensure installation crews leave on time to jobsite - Load and unload materials in a safe manner - Retrieve cut sheets from warehouse to update inventory - Communicate effectively with office manager regarding inventory levels and reordering points - Assist in preparing, storing and tagging product samples - Place orders for materials from suppliers, as necessary - Schedule/deliver material orders when needed - Ensure proper maintenance on company vehicles
