We are looking to hire someone who believes in quality and safety while managing projects. The Superintendent will coordinate and manage all on-site activities, as well as work with project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc. We are constructing a 100+ unit apartment complex consisting of 10 buildings, including a clubhouse, in Thurston County. Must have experience in Multifamily Construction. Job Description: 1. Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule. 2. Responsible for site safety. Ensure the overall jobsite is safe for workers and visitors as well as manage compliance with established safety policies. 3. Work with the project teams to budget, forecast, and manage field staff as well as management of labor, equipment, materials, tools, and other cost considerations. 4. Review constructions documents for completeness and constructability. 5. Conduct on-site project meetings with subcontractors and construction teams. 6. Assist with business development, bidding, and proposals. Basic Qualifications: 1. Experience in Engineering or Construction Management 2. 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory role 3.
