Final Inspection Mechanic Gordonville, PA • Closely inspect each custom-designed shed trailer to ensure all issues are identified and repaired to get our valued customers on the road safely (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, air ride systems, paint) • Monitor any recurring quality issues to provide feedback to our engineering team for product design improvement. • Documenting and follow-up within our ERP system • Work alongside our customers to maintain their satisfaction with the finished product • Join a growing company known for quality and has faith-based, family-friendly values. • Provide repairs and service to our custom-designed shed trailers. Pine Hill Trailers is looking for a Final Inspection Mechanic to join our growing team. We have expansions underway to accommodate our steady growth. You will be working on our custom shed trailers. We have customers driving in from as far as the Mid-West & Canada to have their trailers serviced by our team because of our strong reputation for quality and service. For over 20 years, Pine Hill Trailers has served the needs of haulers through custom and stock trailer designs. Our focus started in the shed hauling industry and has grown to provide trailer and truck bed solutions for many industries and consumers. Our Ideal Final Inspection Mechanic: • Experienced: Prior experience working in automotive, truck, or trailer mechanics. Able to MIG weld. Familiar with hydraulics, mechanics, paint inspections, and auto electrical. PA Inspection license is a plus. If you have a solid set of mechanical skills, we can train you to work on our trailers. • Detailed: Must carefully assess each trailer to ensure that everything functions correctly and there are no other issues. People who buy our trailers use them hard! They count on us to provide lasting repairs that keep them safely on the road. • Analytical: Able to assess the situation and determine the best strategy for completing the repair. Must have good problem-solving skills. • Active: Must be able to climb, bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs. and meet the physical demands of providing repair and service to trailers. • Team Player: Humble enough to admit mistakes. Drive to do excellent work – strong interpersonal skills. • Clean Cut: Don't get us wrong, this is a mechanic job; you will get dirty! We mean that you are a positive, upbeat part of the team, that you use clean language, and help us maintain a family-friendly feel. It's common for customers to bring their families to our sales lot and service center. • Dependable: To meet our commitment to our customers, we count on you to be on time, work efficiently, and be committed to getting our customers back on the road.
